Reservation
1. Confirmation of bookings other than Voucher Bookings are subject to receipt of full payment in advance for the Room Tariff.
2. On receipt of advance payment, a Confirmation Mail / Booking Voucher will be issued.
3. Unless advance payment is received, bookings will be treated as provisional and the rooms may be released to another guest who
makes advance payment.
4. Payment can be made through Wire Transfer or Demand Draft.
5. Payments for services other than room tariff will have to be made at the Resort at the time of Check-out.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the arrival date, Karapuzha Village shall hold 100% credit for a period of 1 year towards your future
visit to the resort against the amount received for advance booking. Cancellations made 15-45 days in advance of the arrival date; Karapuzha Village shall
hold 75% credit for a period of 1 year towards your future visit to the resort against the amount received for advance booking. Cancellations made less
than 15 days in advance of the arrival date, Karapuzha Village shall hold 50% credit for a period of 1 year towards your future visit to the resort against the
amount received for advance booking. No shows for any reason will not receive credit for future visits.
